USA RETURN POLICY

Unopened / Sealed Products:

We offer a 30-day return (from date of purchase) on any unopened BeBalanced supplements, not including our Hormone Balancing Creams, Soothe Stress and Pro Plus or any programs, such as Becoming Balanced Weight Loss program, Gut Restoration programs, or Candida Cleanses.

Opened Products:

May be returned, for store credit only, within 30 days of date of purchase.

Final Sale or Free Gifts with Purchase:

Products purchased as Final Sale or received for free are ineligible for return or exchange.

How to Return a Product:

1. To return a product, please email our us at  collegeville@bebalancedcenters.com and let us know if it is a new / unopened item, or if it is an opened and used item. 

2. You are responsible for paying the return shipping costs.
